Grounding exercises are a great way to take a moment for yourself, give yourself some space to connect & reflect. Here are some suggestions:
- Feel the earth beneath your feet.
- Take a walk.

- Focus on your senses...notice what you hear, what you see, what parts of you are connected to the earth.
- Make an effort to notice the subtleties of your surrounding that perhaps you don't notice in the hustle and bustle of life. Take a moment to notice these subtleties and fully take in your surroundings.
